This coffee roasts on a WEEKLY SCHEDULE. WEEKLY orders close on Sundays at 3:00 PM ET and are roasted on Mondays. WEEKLY roasted coffee ships on Wednesdays. All coffee ordered after the WEEKLY Sunday 3:00 PM ET deadline will go into the following week's production.

We've developed an affinity for late afternoon, early evening gravel grinders that end with a full gas effort to get home before dark. Like breakaways in bike races, we rarely make it. But ahhhhhhhhhhh the effort.
Sometimes we like riding on gravel roads at night. But sometimes we get spooked. By the deer jumping in front of our lights. Or that random BIG country DAWG materializing out of nowhere on your back wheel. SPRINT! And the weird hallucinations start happening.
Or are you racing a 200 miler and you've got some tough night racing ahead? It's sunset. It's a goregous sunset. But your mind and body are shattered. You're in a dark hole, hallucinating. Your body is cramping. All you can do is pedal. Your mind is numb.
We've never done it but we've seen the last checkpoint and finish line carnage up close: delirium, happiness, hugs, wasted bodies, strung-out minds...
