This coffee roasts on a WEEKLY SCHEDULE. WEEKLY orders close on Sundays at 3:00 PM ET and are roasted on Mondays. WEEKLY roasted coffee ships on Wednesdays. All coffee ordered after the WEEKLY Sunday 9:00 PM ET deadline will go into the following week's production.

This Guatemalan Single Origin coffee is an investment and success story on the part of us and our suppliers to help bolster the small local Guatemalan farmers as they've revitalized coffee agriculture. These small farmers have been implementing biodynamic farming techniques since 2018.

We ship in the United States via USPS 2-Day Priority Mail. Shipping costs $9.00 for 1-2 12oz bags or 1 2lb bag. Shipping costs $15 for 3-6 12oz bags or 2 2lb bags. Larger order shipping costs $20.
